A Bit Off
Alright, so, I have to be honest with you guys... I’m at a bit of a loss for what to write this week. I don’t know about you all, but I am feeling weird. I think the amount of time that we’ve been in quarantine is really, really starting to hit me. 2020 has been quite the rollercoaster. Recently, I thought things were getting a bit better with coronavirus and we were going to get to return to some state of normalcy, but now it feels like the situation is tumbling downhill quickly. The end does not seem to be in sight. I am sure that many of you feel the exact same way that I do, so you can understand my creative block when it comes to writing this post.
All that being said, I thought I’d do something a bit different this week. I have gathered my top five articles from a variety of sources that I found inspiring, optimistic and hopeful about the future. I understand that it’s very easy to feel down, uninspired and hopeless during this time, but there is so much that we can choose to be excited about. Now one thing, these articles don’t necessarily center around sustainability and fashion – I just thought they were interesting and worth a read. It’s okay to veer off topic sometimes.

I hope that you all enjoy these articles; but more than that, I hope that they ignite a glimmer of hope inside of you about the future. While I am certainly feeling a bit off and wishing that I could spend these summer days outside with my friends and family, I am grateful for much more.
Bye for now,
McGee
